HR Assistant Manager

Establish hiring parameters and requirements to address the manpower needs
Work with recruiting firms and agencies to recruit the required headcounts
Ensure compliance of local regulation requirement and implementation of HR policies
Identify required competencies and implement relevant training programs
Manage relationship with unions and ensure proper handling of staff welfare
Maintain proper and accurate HR records
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Handle regulatory audits and manpower statutory surveys
Establish succession planning framework to ensure business continuity
Establish and measure key performance indicators
Provide administrative support to the company’s operations
Work on ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource or Human Capital Management preferred
At least 7 years’ experience of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem solving skills, excellent communication and resourceful
Conversant in relevant local regulatory standards and requirement
