Training & Development
· Responsible to plan, design, execute, monitor the continuous training program targeted at all levels of employee.
· Perform yearly TNA and provide the feedback analysis to the management and arrange the training plan accordingly.
Talent Acquisition
· To administer recruitment and deployment.
· To provide management with exclusive search and referral services to obtain qualified consistent with organizational needs across all function and levels.

Employee Relations
· Oversee the employee welfare activities and annual events to foster a positive employer-employee relationship.
Industrial Relations
· To prepare documentations on alleged misconduct cases against employee and to analyze and evaluate reports on disciplinary cases or grievances to make appropriate recommendations to the management.

Requirements :
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources, covering full spectrum.
· Sound knowledge of Malaysian Labour & Industrial Laws, prevailing Human Resource practices and legislations.
· Knowledge of payroll system is a must
· Able to interact with people at all levels.
· Independent, good planning, organizing, counseling and problem solving skills.
· Possess high level of professionalism, personal integrity, good communications and relationship building skills.
