Responsibilities:
– To work closely with your team member and liaise with him/her on a daily basis organizing your workload accordingly.
– Customer updates are to be provided on a daily basis or when required. They must be within 24 hours when possible.
– Ensure that customers have a full understanding of what is happening with their order, even if it is late, constant communication and reasons are required.
– Create a team mentality with other departments

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
– At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Applicants must be willing to work in TELOK GONG, PORT KLANG.
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
– Full-Time position(s) available.
