Responsibilities:
- Responsive for all leasing activities within Axis REIT, encompasses conduct of leasing, tenancy renewals and associated activities including the maintenance of portfolio renewal schedules.
- Develop and implement leasing plans and strategies.
- Maintain regular dialogue with tenants and real estate agents within the market, government bodies and strategic partners with aim to fill vacancy and identify new business opportunities.
- Co-ordinate, maintain and administer all tenancy documentation and related correspondence.
- Negotiate, structure and closing deal tenancy/lease deals.

Requirements:
- Degree in Property/ Estate Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 10 years working experience in the property management field.
- Strong marketing knowledge on Real Estate and Property
- Possesses of excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Preferably Managers/ Senior Managers specialized in Real Estate field
