Summary:

To act as a brand custodian in ensuring a common brand essence across the business and segment lines at all times.

Responsibilities:

• To develop and produce corporate, recruitment (new members) and event related materials (printed tools and digital) to equip sales and marketing team with tools on timely basis.
• To ensure the proper execution of the publication of company newsletter – setting long terms objectives for the tool usages, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of all publications.
• To ensure that the department performs its role as a support back up to all other departments in the areas of design, display and communications.
• To communicate and implement the brand identity system internally and externally to achieve consistency on timely basis.
• To develop creative concept and content of the tools for easy comprehension and duplication by leaders on timely basis.
• To implement corporate projects to increase the company awareness on timely basis.
• To manage on the design and publication progress in ensuring the quality publication from time to time.
