Main purpose of the job (general tasks)
To ensure that the financial affairs are conducted on a sound basis and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company, statutory and regulatory requirements.
To formulate, develop and implement financial procedures in order to achieve operative targets for the management.

Responsibilities:-
To direct management planning and controls functions including budgetary control,profit forecast and projections
To oversee preparation of financial and management reports.
To monitor cash flow and capital expenditure appraisal
To assist on management on tax and secretarial functions
To assist on report preparation in financial implications of operations decisions
To prepare master budgets. Master budgets is summary of all functional budgets
To contribute on the review and enhancement of computerised accounting systems (ie JDEdwards)
Review and improve internal control policies and procedures
Liase with external parties ie bank and external auditors
To coordinate and prepare reporting to Division namely Compass and Hyperion
Implement and adhere to all Internal Control Rules and the Code of Business Conduct in your area of responsibilities.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance / Accountancy or professional Degree such as ACCA or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years related working experience
Proficient in Ms Excel, Words and UBS accounting software
Good command in English, Malay, Chinese
