Industry : Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

Responsibilties:
· Management of all day to day financial activities
· Oversea and monitor the financial accounting and taxation matters of each companies within the group
· Responsible for timely preparation of financial statements, financial budget, management reports, financial analysis and other ad-hoc reports
· Be part of the due diligence team in corporate exercises
· Compliance with accounting standards & statutory requirements
· with auditor, tax agent, banker & other regulatory bodies i.e. Bursa & SC

Requirements:
· Possess a professional qualification or equivalent, ACCA, CIMA, MIA, CPA etc
· At least 10 years of working experience in the related field with at least 3 years in managerial capacity
· Added advantage who has working experience in PLC
· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
