Location: Batu 3, Shah Alam

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, conducts and follow up on training activities effectively to outlet staff.
Creates training modules
Monitors training results.
Conduct outlet assessment – service, quality, etc.
Assists in outlet opening.
Prepare outlet’s Standard Operating Procedures
Assist in new product launch
Assists in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements
Degree holders preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage industry.
Able to work independently and to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Mircrosoft word, powerpoint and excel
