General Jobs Accountabilities:
1. Plan and drive the execution for space identification and utilization of sites to comply with the requirements of organizational efficiency, available facilities, and within established cost restraints
2. Responsible for providing productive work environments by ensuring safe, clean, healthy and comfortable conditions
3. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations relating to facilities
Responsibilities:
• Ensures building, facilities and utilities are in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and managed in the most efficient manner
• Establish and execute policies and procedures of building, facilities and utilities management in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations
• Leads small functional teams to assure successful completeness and accuracy of facilities layout
• Oversees small construction, renovation, and redesign projects to assure project completion in a timely, compliant and cost efficient manner
• Works with all levels of personnel to establish and ensure space allocation goals are met
• Advises management on usage of space based on organizational policies and procedures
7. Participates in various planning meetings; assumes responsibility for special project assignments, presenting information as required
8. Coordinates office moves by arranging for necessary moving support staff, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and overseeing the physical relocation of office contents
9. Builds professional working relationships internally and externally
10. Primary intraorganizational with occasional interorganizational and external custom contacts on routine matters
11. Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives
12. May lead a small team of inter-departmental representatives on projects relating to a productive, effective, safe, healthy and clean working environment
13. Will have responsibility for budget and cost management

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering i.e. civil, building, mechanical, electrical, electronics, facilities management or relevant
• Certified in Occupational, Safety & Health Administration
• A professional qualification in Project Management is a strong advantage
• More than 5 years of experience in facilities management
• Experience in managing OSHA requirements
• Experience working in the ISO9000 standards
• Experience in other relevant facilities management audit – health & safety audits
• Experience in leading Business Continuity Management
