Responsibilities:
• Daily cold calls to new business leads.
• Follow-up calls to existing clients for appointment setting, sharing info, or any other matters that may arise.
• Manage weekly/monthly/yearly schedule for directors with ad-hoc appointment setting.
• Manage basic accounts and budgets – Claims, Expenses, Quotations, Invoices (Incoming/Outgoing), Delivery Orders (Incoming/Outgoing)
• Manage Company licenses/registrations with Government Agencies, Local Council, Industry Associations, etc
• Attend and minute weekly Directors meetings.  Prepare, distribute and monitor deliverables in those minutes.
• Any other tasks when required.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, or any Finance related subject - Preferred
• 1 or 2 years’ experience in any Accounts or Finance related field  - Preferred
• Good with Mathematics and good command of English - Important
• Comfortable with phone conversations – Important
• Intermediate/Advanced  knowledge of  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPont) – Preferred
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Preferred
