Responsibilities:
• Onsite & field support calls to customer premises
• Provide set-up support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and servers as well as provide local IT, LAN, WAN network configuration
• Deliver training to new customers on equipment operations plus software application and implementation
• Provide functional & technical support on company’s software applications and coordinates support, software updates in Finance Department

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• CIMA qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
• Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with good qualification are welcome to apply
