General Jobs Accountabilities
To provide administrative support to the General Manager, Education.
Primary Functions/ Responsilities:
Head Office Functions
Assist in preparation of training and workshop presentation materials.
Support with preparations for LE Conferences and Jamboree sessions.
Basic translation – Bahasa Malaysia to English and vice versa.
Support effective communication within Education Division.
Prepare minutes of meetings (organisation invitation)
Provide administrative support to General Manager – Education.
Responsible for filing and administrative tasks as required by General Manager – Education.
Other Responsibilities and Duties
Any other appropriate duties and projects or program management as allocated by the General Manager – Education.
To promote and adhere to the Company’s Vision and Values at all times.
Maintain high commitment to quality, positive attitude, accountability and enthusiasm at all times.
Observe culturally sensitive and appropriate behavior, dress codes and language at all times.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Office Management or Computer Science.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
