Job Responsibilities

– Manage & update our online store (webstore, marketplace), ensuring product information is accurate & up-to-date.
– Manage ongoing efforts to improve customer experience for our online store.
– Collaborate with marketing & sales team to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns and promotions based on set marketing calendar.
-Manage campaigns, coordinate with marketing team for necessary assets.
– Manage weekly and monthly analytic report.
– Launch new products on the website.
– Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field.
– At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce.
-Detail oriented & excellent multitasking abilities.
– Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
