Responsibilities: - Ability to lead, motivate and communicate as well as excellent administrative, budget, persuasive writing and public speaking skills. Excellent character and a zeal for the organisation's mission are a must. - Manage the organisation's administrative needs including budgets and human resources. - Support the organisation's strategic alliances and partnerships for funding, programming and systemic change. - Research and write grant reports on timely basis for each program term. - Assist with design and implementation of program evaluation strategies. - Assist in writing and preparing corporate and foundation grant proposals. - Implement and maintain volunteer corps to supplement services and programs. - Keep up to date on funding trends and community needs. - Assist in fund raising strategies and implementation. - Assist in any area as needed. Requirements: - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree. - 5 years experience in program and leadership roles, preferably in non-profit sector. - Great references. - Solid background in community issues - Confident public speaking abilities. - Excellent writing skills. - Good computer skills. - Creative fundraising and programmatic strategies.
