Industry : Education Reporting To: Data & Programme Reporting Manager General Jobs Accountabilities: To communicate the results of data analysis by issuing comprehensive and accurate reports to decision makers, clients, and other stakeholders. She or he has to design the reports and tools that can help those utilize the reports to easily digest the data such as statistics, graphs, images and lists. In the report, the data analyst has to highlight any potential risks that might impact the deliverables of the programmes or potential solutions after discussing it with the Programme Implementation Division. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop reports and metrics using a multitude of systems and sources which require expertise in data manipulation using database tools and formatting in PowerPoint, Excel and Visio. • Gather relevant data then analyse and report the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around project and programme execuition as well as business processes and efficiencies. • Develop executive level presentations, working with key contributors to craft concise, meaningful messages • Prepare and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports and presentation decks for different audiences • Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating reporting processes Requirements: • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree with a with significant project management experience would be an advantage and desired. • 3+ years of combined data analysis, report development and project/ programme status reporting skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrates ability to develop relationships and communicate with business partners, stakeholders and senior management • Experience in school or any educational transformation programme is highly desireable Advanced skills with office tools: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, etc. • Advanced skills in developing reports and presentations for large audiences and senior management • Intermediate skills with SharePoint and database query tools • Statistical analysis
