Attend to customers’ incoming calls and process customer’s purchase order.
Attend to customers’ queries, requests and feedback timely.
To perform daily order processing.
To process consignment return, credit note, upon receiving lenses from Sales Representative.
To assist Sales & Marketing Department in daily administrative duties and preparing month end sales report.

Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificates or Diploma in any discipline.
Required language(s): Chinese, English & Mandarin speaking
Computer literate
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
