Responsibilities:
• Managing the sales admin process and customer service
• Managing all processes and procedures, making sure they are kept up-to-date
• Dealing with client terms
• Completing tenders/ quotation
• Client queries recorded/escalated/resolution
• Managing calls for the team and making sure all clients are put through to a sales person
• Generating and gathering weekly figures
• Resolving all client issues, to make sure all queries and issues are dealt with
• Flagging any major issues with the superior
• Making sure the team have followed the sales process, checking this has been done constantly
• Booking any travel as and when needed (flights, hotels, taxis, parking etc.)

Requirements:
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to manage and control all tasks
• Strong administration skills
• Intermediate / Advance Microsoft office skills with experience of running reports via Excel
• Able to write and implement procedures and put systems in place.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience being accountable for delivering to deadlines
• Enjoy working in a sales / fast paced, lively environment
