Responsibilities:
– To credit hold and release of customer account
– To generate credit release hold report daily and notify to all Area Sales Managers
– To maintain and update master customer database in system periodically
– To update cheque collection and daily bank in
– To confirm, print and assist in CN matters as requested by customers or interdepartmental
– To update and match cheque bank-in or customer receipts
– To follow up on the discrepancy invoice and match any disputes
– To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or part qualification in professional accounting studies
– Preferably 2-3 years of working experience
– Willing to work in Shah Alam
– Able to speak English & Mandarin
