Job Description:
Leading and driving joint teams comprised of strategy and Operating Units team members
To assist in the development of long-term strategies and business plans focusing on market entry, product development or other business opportunity
Facilitating development of annual strategic plans working with the Operating Units and segment leaders
Leading development of concrete inorganic and organic growth strategies on behalf of business units from market intelligence/opportunity analysis to business development approach and execution plans (including initiative definition and resourcing)
Providing direct help or guidance/counsel to Operating Units members in assessing cost structure and/or maximizing performance of existing lines of business
Providing training and mentoring to members in the Operating Units on topics and techniques for strategy, particularly with respect to industry best practices.
Identifying, tracking, and communicating key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect business segments
Conducting market scan, research and analysis for potential acquisitions, equity investments, joint-ventures, alliances, licensing relationships or divestiture opportunities.
Ability to provide constructive ideas and study of analysis.

Job Requirements:
3-4 years experience in other roles (e.g., engineering, operations, business development) in corporate environments
Bachelors degree in Business, Science or Engineering from a leading institution
Experience in leading strategic projects and delivering results in cross-departmental teams
Strong entrepreneurial, analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of and the ability to identify the key levers that create business value
Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in making presentations and communicating ideas and plans to executives
Highly motivated self-starter
Good business acumen & posses holistic view about business organization.
Those with financial analysis background and business communication experience will be an added advantage.
