Assisting in developing and maintaining effective policies, procedures, and processes.
Provide proper guidance to staff at all level of the organization.
Assisting to lead coordination for company-wide meeting and business arrangement.
Assisting in the creation of budget and costs control.
Interface with Finance team to ensure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.
Provide useful information to the management for its decision making.
Analyze and reporting of performance.
Preparation of board meeting materials
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to work independently and perform under pressure with accuracy and dedication.
Effective teamwork skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
