Location: Mid Valley

Job Purpose:
As check and control for ads posted by advertisers, to ensure only quality/genuine ads gets published on our website. Provide support by handle customers’ complaints and collecting valuable feedback, in order to ensure better customer experience and better service quality.
Review incoming ads. Ensure ads are review within SLA.
Review Paid Ads within 4 working hours.
Review Non-Paid Ads within 24 working hours.
To work to agreed productivity and quality standards.
To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and to the manager.
Attend training on review rules to up skill.
Received feedback from Team Leader / Manager for improvement area on reviewing ads.
To undertake any administration tasks delegated by the manager.
To proactively identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the Manager.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader / Manager.

Job Requirements:
Mature, communicate well, willing to learn and with good behaviour and attitude
Working hours for this position; and – 3 shifts – (8am to 5.30pm), (12.30pm – 9.30pm) and owl shift (from 9pm – 6am, voluntary and allowance given).
1 year contract (renewable and/or converted to permanent if performance is good)
