Location: Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
To carry out the pre-commissioning (included mechanical and electrical) at workshop or subcontractor factory.
To supervise the erection and assembly work of steel structure/casing and bag filter at site.
To inspect and verify both mechanical and electrical installation done by contractor at site.
To carry out cool and hot commissioning at site together with customer assigned personnel.
To prepare site report for external and internal review purpose.
To provide feedback about the site erection and commissioning progress.
To prepare the product control system philosophy design and convey the conceptual design to the electrical contractor/PLC integrator in order for them to prepare the electrical single line diagram and PLC program.
To supervise and inspect the electrical control system done by the electrical contractor included review and checks all the electrical drawings.
To complete all the pre-checking works and done all the necessary simulations in factory before the shipment of each electrical control system.
To compile all the electrical information for external review and approval purpose.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Automation Engineering with Mechanical background (steel structure erection & rotation machinery, eg fan, screw conveyor) or equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferable site erection, steel structure and comissioning experience)
Knowledge in PLC control system (preferably with knowledge of air pollution control business especially bag filter system
Willing to travel (50% of time)
