Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Responsibilities:
To manage the assigned Commercial accounts to achieve sales target while
maintaining a high level of clients satisfaction.
To introduce Company portfolio of solutions and services to achieve a high
share-of-wallet in the account.
To identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategy that will lead to a
strong pipeline and high win rate.
To develop strategy to penetrate new competitive account or business areas
dominated by the competitor.
To build and maintain a territory plan that is reviewed and approved by his/her
sales director.
To establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision-makers in the
accounts being managed.
To conduct sales presentations, prepare sales proposals and negotiate with key
client executives to secure new sales orders.
To provide relevant inputs to the marketing team for marketing plan formulation.
To collaborate with client services team to resolve any client satisfaction issue.
Other duties and responsibilities which will be assigned as and when necessary.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of sales experience in IT industry will be an advantage but other
industry experiences will be considered.
Degree in any relevant field.
Clear understanding of Sales Methodologies as well as strong ability to qualify
clients and opportunities.
Possess the ability to strategize and lead the various support teams to work
with clients.
Experience in sales of services like Microsoft, Storage, Security, Networking will
be a bonus.
High degree of self-motivation, positive attitude, strong commitment and result
