To focus and prospect on acquisition of land and business opportunities.
Alert monitoring of market opportunities and risk, conducts analysis on market sizing and competitions, establishes appropriate alliances and networks.
Identifies and meets potential partners, builds and nurtures business relationships, prepares proposals, makes presentation and follow up closely to achieve corporate objectives.
To conduct market research, analysis, evaluation in order to provide vital information to the Management.
To oversee land liaison process and ensure that the land valuation/cost estimates for land acquisition are being carried out expeditiously.
Involves in planning and carries out feasibility studies for new development.
To co-ordinate proposals related to new developments and prepare cost budgeting.
To lead and monitor the performance of Business Development Team.
