  • Manage order processing.
  • Coordinate and monitor the delivery.
  • Arrange commercial and shipping documents e.g. invoice, packing list.
  • Processing logistics payment requisition for invoices.
  • Department Administration work.
  • Assist to prepare weekly / monthly report.


  • Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application software.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
  • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Japanese language added advantage).
