- Manage order processing.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery.
- Arrange commercial and shipping documents e.g. invoice, packing list.
- Processing logistics payment requisition for invoices.
- Department Administration work.
- Assist to prepare weekly / monthly report.
- Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration or any related fields.
- Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application software.
- Willing to travel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Japanese language added advantage).
