Job Description:
• Conduct on-boarding/induction program program for new joiners
• Oversee and champion the Company staff activities
• Conduct programmes that are relevant to the Company in relation to Industrial Relations subject
• Act as Counselor to oversee staff concerns, highlights, grievances, etc
• Responsible to review, communicate and administer the Industrial Relations Policy & Procedures in the company
• Conduct investigation on alleged misconducts and act as prosecutor officer for the company in the Domestic Inquiry
• Write charges sheet, warning letters and work closely with the Head of Departments and Line Mangers to rehabilitate employees with disciplinary issues
• Provide advice and counseling to all disciplinary issues and ensure that actions taken by the Company are in conformity with the labour law/employment act and Company rules and regulations.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or similar
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Knowledge in the HRDF is an added advantage
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command in English
• Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Proactive, result driven with a strong sense of commitment
• Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam
