General: - Manage the daily activities of rewards function i.e. Monthly payroll activities, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Human Resource Information System, Employee movements, Annual increment and Bonus payment. - Develop, update and interprets Total Rewards policies, processes and procedures. Handle Salary and Benefits Survey Programs and custodian for Employee Personal Files. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage Human Resource Information system to ensure employees data are up-to date. - Manage monthly payroll activities, variance analysis and reporting. - Employee benefits programs i.e. medical and employee insurance, leave administration, to ensure effective implementation. Regularly review and propose for improvements. Manage the 3rd party medical administrator and insurance broker with regards to ensuring best services rendered to employees. - Manage internal employee transfers, employee confirmation and resignations. - Manage Employee Personal Folders in ensuring proper filing of records or personal files. - Assists in the design and implementation of compensation and benefit plans, programs and procedures. - Ensures organization Total Rewards programs abide by government laws and regulations. - Communicates on new and revised Total Rewards policies, process and procedures. - Review and update Total Rewards policies and procedures. - Participates in compensation surveys, coordinates job descriptions, and prepares and analyzes survey data. - Implement Annual Increment, Bonus Payment and Off Cycle Salary Review. Primary Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration - At least 5 years of experience in a Total Rewards or Human Resources role. - At least 3 years of experience managing compensation and benefits programs. - Competent in Human Resource Information System.
