• To plan and implement effective marketing strategies (new product launch, training, promotion, campaign and tools) to achieve sales target for the assigned products.
• To plan and conduct product trainings or roadshows to enhance product knowledge among members.
• To prepare product educational tools such as booklet, training materials, video, and any educational aids, slide, POSM.
• To closely monitor and analyse sales performance of the assigned products and make proper recommendations to grow and expand market share in different countries.
• To assist on the code creation in internal system and develop new modules to produce effective promotions
• To analyse and prepare reports on the effectiveness on marketing activities, campaigns and promotions
• To prepare monthly rolling forecast to improve inventory holding level
• To conduct competitive review of other similar products
• To assist in reviewing the creative content of social media content, communication content, POSM (promotional materials, product leaflets, brochure, video & etc) and website content.
• Any other duties & tasks, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in product marketing/management, organising product launches, product trainings and drive promotions.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong conceptual skills, resourceful and able to think strategically.
• Humble and positive attitude, proactive and committed to complete tasks within deadline with minimal supervision.
• Experience in garment industry advantage.
• Able to conduct trainings and may need to travel occasionally.
