Reporting to and working alongside the Marketing team in Malaysia. This role is responsible for designing and developing marketing material and creating communications, becoming a product expert and a point of contact for product questions from other departments, and assisting in setting and executing strategic marketing and incentive plans.


– Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance
– Working closely with Inventory Planner to monitor stock movements and new product pipelines
– Analyse sales trend to propose data-driven promotional activities to complement Field Engagement’s proposed campaigns and activities
– Assist in managing, updating and setting up promotions / other collaterals in the back-end system
– Define, develop, and execute compelling 360º marketing plans across all channels, with a goal to achieve sell-out and gain market share
– Ensure new product launches are successful by adapting global marketing guidelines to local specificities. Work hand in hand with Marketing and Field Engagement Managers to review and assess performance, be pro-active in sharing recommendation and action plans
– Drive brand awareness, recruit new Consultants / Customers, and increase engagement with new and existing Consultants / Customers through multiple touchpoints
– Work closely with Marketing, Field Engagement & Training teams to ensure efficiency of the marketing strategy, providing relevant and timely market/competitor/category/subcategory feedback to ensure needs of the business are catered for
– Liaise with graphic designers or agencies to create and produce promotional materials, leaflet, brochure, etc.
– Research and analyse potential niche markets within the industry to collaborate with, and create specialised programmes and incentives to drive market growth
– Ordering and managing promotional merchandise
– Website maintenance, including landing page creation for campaigns
– Work with Field Engagement and Training Departments to digitalise training collaterals and to ensure Consultants are kept up to date with latest training material
– Attend company events as required


– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
– A minimum five years’ experience in a similar product role, including experience across marketing communications, promotional marketing, specifically in the MLM industry
– Team player, but also able to work autonomously on projects
– Able to manage and prioritise tasks with competing deadlines
– Strong written communication skills, with great attention to detail
– Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
– Experience with Content Management Systems
– Experience with Adobe Create suite is an advantage
– Experience with Premiere Pro or similar video editing software is an advantage
