Location: Based in Malaysia but frequent travel to Asia Pacific countries especially China
Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000
To assume the role of strategic business partner to Divisional Manager and line management. To support the Global HR Division in aligning HR policies with best HR practices in the Asia Pacific region. To recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitude within the required time frame. To assist and advise the Divisional Manager in the planning and budgeting of manpower plans and costs on an annual basis, as well as longer term, eg 3- year plan. To put in place succession planning for critical positions. To develop a program to bring in new graduates as part of long term human resource planning. To carry out salary/benefits surveys and advise Management on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable competitive compensation strategies. To build and maintain good industrial harmony between Management and employees.
University degree from a reputable university. Minimum 4 to 5 years related working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment . Excellent written and spoken English; ability to speak other languages, especially Mandarin will be an added advantage. Enthusiastic and able to work independently. Must be able to speak mandarin.
