Plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence align with company growth strategies. To oversee various online channels/ platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.


1. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
2. Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-Tok Ads).
3. Maintain, monitor & improve website health & accessibility. Improve website visibility in search engines through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
4. Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, and social media content.
5. Manage and grow social media profiles, engage with followers, and create shareable content.
6. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
8. Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
9. Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including content creators and analysts.
10. Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
11. Miscellaneous tasks to support the team will vary according to the sector and the superior’s remit.
12. Any other duties to be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing and Business Management or related field.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimising performance marketing campaigns.
3. Possess adequate knowledge of SEO, SEM, marketing channels & tools (Good AdWords, YouTube, Tik Tok Ads, Social media marketing like Facebook ads and Instagram).
4. Hands-on experience with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns to meet ROI and business objectives. Exprience managing running A/B test to drive optimisation.
5. Familiarity with web tracker and mobile app tracker e.g. Google Analytics etc.
6. Excellent analytical and project management skills.
7. Good knowledge in social media post & content management, ability to create & edit attractive content (Canva, CapCut etc.)
