Responsibilities:
• Drive all marketing communication activities- brand and consumer;
• Develop sound and effective marketing strategies and programs;
• Develop joint-promotional activities with key accounts;
• Liaison with advertising agencies and media owners;
• Effectively manage A&P budget to optimize return on investments;
• Develop strong understanding of the market and consumer insights;
• Work closely with sales team in achieving company’s set goals.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing or equivalent;
• Preferably 3-5 years marketing experience with good track record;
• Work experience with fast moving consumer products (FMCG) or Optical companies;
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Creative with high level of efficiency, resourcefulness and energy;
• Able to multi-task and a team player;
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin and conversant in Cantonese;
