Location: Pulau Indah, Klang

Job Description:
To deliver support to end user for various type of applications and databases, performing application health check, maintenances and administration.
To perform troubleshooting on applications and databases.
To provide 24hours support (Phone/ On-site).
To work with vendors, developers regarding any issue, patch deployment, application bugs/ change request, server migration which related to applications and databases.
Perform after office hours support either remotely or onsite if needed.

Requirements:
Applicants must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Have 1-2 years of related working experience.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge on Unix, Linux, Solaris and Microsoft Windows Server operating system.
Knowledge on application server (Weblogic, Tomcat, and IIS) and database (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL).
Knowledge on Shell command and SQL scripting.
Applicant must possess own transport.
