Coordinate meeting preparation, compile and distribute meeting notes with clear action items and owners
Track and help drive completion of these key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure that all assignments are being executed in a timely manner
Preparing and editing communications, presentations, and other team and company wide messages
Manages the confidential information and support needs for various initiatives and special projects
Manage and organize complex calendar: arrange meetings and conference calls including sending out invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes of the meetings
Manage travel arrangements.
Manage social engagement events with external parties, arrange bookings, invitations, etc.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Min Diploma/ Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience and Personal Assistant/Secretary experience is preferred
Fresh graduate can be considered
Excellent in English, Mandarin verbal and written communication
Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an advantage
