Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, make copies, answer questions, accept payments and forward while maintaining necessary confidentiality
• Accounting system to record receipts, generate bills, reconcile bank statements and perform data entry
• Check email on a daily basis and respond to internal and external enquiries
• Newsletter/Offer Letter labels and compilation, mail, revise listing periodically as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM
