ADMIN ASSISTANT (MALE)

Responsibilities:
In-charge of all immigration matters related to foreign workers e.g.: New application, renewal, passport renewal, FOMEMA Medical checkup etc;
Liaison with the Agents for the supply of foreign workers;
In charge of foreign workers hostel and other matters related to foreign workers administration;
Safety and Health matters;
Willing to work at odd hours.

Requirements:
Diploma Human Resource/ Business Admin or any related field;
At least 1 to 2 years working experience;
Possess Own Transport;
Able to work independently;
Knowledge with Imigresen, Fomema, KDN;
Experience in handling foreign workers is an added advantage;
Preferably those can start immediately
Benefits:
Basic Salary RM1, 200 to RM1, 800.00

Working Hours – Mondays – Fridays (8.45am-5.30pm), Saturdays – Sunday – off day
Medical Leave 1 yr – 14days
Annual Leave 1-2 yr – 14days

Bonus and Increment every year – base on KPI
Hand phone Bills Claims – RM60.00 per month
Mileage Claim _
1ST 500KM * 0.60 CENT_
2ND 500KM * 0.50CENT_
