Key Responsibilities
• Maintain all stationary, printing records with up-to-date information, to replenish as requires and according to company practice
• Monitor the attendance of the guard, cleaning services matters related, etc
• Prepare timely admin reports. Analyze, identify and highlight areas of concerns. Example, stationary record, etc.
• Office Administration – Maintain all office equipment in good working order and attend to the day-to-day running of the office needs
• Prepare purchase order and maintain the relevant records.
• Purchase office needs – Refreshment, office equipment, etc
• Office Keys (Proper labeling and ensure a set of duplicate key belong to the company is kept in the
office all the time)
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Provide assistance to Executive, HR & Admin on matters as from time to time instructed and including: –
– Allocation of Uniform, Safety Shoe, Ear Plug, etc
– Annual Leave
– Birthday Party
– Gatepass records
Requirements:
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other dialects would be an added advantage
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work independently and work as a team
• Good Communication and interaction skills. Ability to use tact and sensitivity in handling day-to-day interactions
• Must have an eye for details
