Accounts & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

– Responsible to handle full set account to ensure accurate and reliable of accounting record
– Perform monthly and yearly analysis of financial report
– Maintain balance sheet schedule and posting journal entry into accounting system
– Follow up with agreements & payments.
– Assist account & administrative work
– Assist in updating info and documentation and data key in
– Management and control of petty cash
– Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
– To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
– To update the monthly aging report.
– To assists superior as when required.
– To handle multiple company account.
– Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit.
To assists superior as when required. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as when required

Requirements:

– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting.
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
– Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentially with high level of integrity and commitment.
– Must be computer literate with Microsoft applications.
– Able to converse and write in Malay, English and Chinese
