– To assume the role of strategic business partner to Divisional Manager and line management.
– To support the Global HR Division in aligning HR policies with best HR practices in the Asia Pacific region.
– To recruit and select candidates with the right set of competencies and attitude within the required time frame.
– To assist and advise the Divisional Manager in the planning and budgeting of manpower plans and costs on an annual basis, as well as longer term, eg 3- year plan.
– To put in place succession planning for critical positions.
– To develop a program to bring in new graduates as part of long term human resource planning.
– To carry out salary/benefits surveys and advise Management on compensation trends within the industry and recommend suitable competitive compensation strategies.
– To build and maintain good industrial harmony between Management and employees.

– Minimum 4 to 5 years related working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
– Excellent written and spoken English; ability to speak other languages, especially Mandarin will be an added advantage
– Enthusiastic and able to work independently
