Responsibilities:
Reporting to Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for all financial and operational related matters of the Company
Manage, review and supervise month end closing process, to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of accounts and reporting
To ensure compliance with all accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirement
Preparation of Group consolidation a/c, Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly report for management review.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other authorities
Involve in budget, cash flow forecast, financial analysis, tax computation and estimation.
Handle ad hoc assignments from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in the areas of Finance and Accounting; working experience in a public listed company will be an added advantage
Must have excellent written and spoken skills in English
Committed, self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
