Gender : Male Age : Below 40 years Responsibilities: - To manage and coordinate all operational and maintenance aspects of the properties - Ensuring the properties complies to all government code compliance requirements and health & safety standards - To lead a team of Facility Managers using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrates achievements of agreed service levels and to lead on improvements including regular in house trainings - To monitor and ensure all service partners delivers high quality of services based on the agreed service level agreement / contracts - Communicating effectively and efficiently with our esteemed tenants - Preparing and evaluation of annual operating and capital expenditure budget - Carpark Management - Review, updating and implementation of Operational Manual and Standard Operating Procedures - Establishing a standard reporting system with the Head of Facilities Manager Requirements: - A dynamic leader with strong supervisory skills / personnel management / customer service - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Professional Degree in Real Estate Management / Engineering / Health & Safety or the related field - At least 5 years of working experience in Property Management / Building Management / Facilities Management - Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel. Knowledge and experience on YARDI or other property and asset management software will be advantage - Excellent command of both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fundamental skill in writing formal letters and reports is required
