Industry : Manufacturing/Production Responsibilities: • Develop marketing plans in order to support sales and revenue - Develop and conduct the marketing plans to support sales and revenue. - Objective and brand building which include training, communications, advertisements and promotions. • Implement strategies that will drive brand growth - Plan and manage new product launching, standardization of product launching progress, product naming/ trade name registration. - Provide briefing for new hire and sales force on product knowledge and market coverage. - Define and promote sales tools and product promotions eg. seminar, trade show, exhibitions. • Liaise directly and indirectly with external parties such as advertising company, distributor and contractor to enhance marketability of the company products. • Other related tasks Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Master Degree in the related field. • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Preferably Executive specializing in Marketing / Business Development for industrial or engineering related products. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English • Demonstrates up-to-date knowledge of industry / solution trends and competitive factors in market place and industry. • Relevant working knowledge in Air Filtration market and product knowledge will be an advantage • Link and implement local strategy and priorities with regional strategies. • Demonstrates product marketing management including competitive analysis, product planning, definition, pricing, forecasting, promotion and product life cycle management. • Experience with a multinational corporation. • Candidate is expected to possess but not limited to customer focused, planning, organizing skills, presentation skills and proposal writing skills.
