Industry : Industrial Machinery Parts
Responsibilities:
– Answer phone calls, emails & WhatsApp inquiries promptly and keep records
– Check stocks & issuing D/O (Ensure VX process is done) & master the system to improve service level.
– Key in all back orders and update to customers from time to time
– Preparing customer order forms
– Ordering stock (Ad-hoc) for customers from GAM stock or global stock
– Handling enquiries & prepare quotations on timely manners
– Follow up quotations and feedback to Sales team
– Sourcing bearings for urgent inquiries
– Satisfy customers enquiry & handling any problems/ complaints
– Conversion of competitors’ part no own company
– Working as a team among other CS members and close communication within inter department (Sales, Marketing) etc
Requirements:
– Malaysian female
– SPM holder and above
– At least 4 years’ experience in Customer Service
– Fluent in English and Malay
