Summary:

Directs and oversees the strategy & execution of the operational framework and processes in supply chain and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategy and planning for the logistics and distribution networks of the products, including optimizing supply chain, warehousing and 3PL partnerships
• Oversees efficient and smooth day to day operations of the Company, in alignment with business strategies
• Directs online and offline sales operations & set up & oversight of supporting offline sales infrastructure at branches and business centres
• Responsible for customer service & call centre services
• Provides management oversight, and leadership to the team
• Preparing financial budgets and presenting proposals to management annually
