Work Days : Mon-Fri, alt Sat half day
Responsibilities:-
- Sales & Marketing of company’s Products and Services.
- Maintain goods business relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. .
- Conduct product presentation, handle customers’ enquiries & price negotiation.
- Identify potential opportunities & preparation of the sales kit for the Sales Department.
- Motivate, provide feedback, support & coaching to the sales team to enhance individual development & growth while maintaining team morale
- Generate, analyze & propose strategy and generate sales related report on timely manner to ensure management are able to keep track of the sales progress.
- Able to present sales forecast & analysis when required.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in Construction field will be advantage.
- Healthy, polite and positive attitude.
- Independent & self-motivated.
- Have own transport
