Responsibilities:
– Ensures accuracy and administers monthly payroll processing, prepares statutory reports for management approval and for Statutory bodies on Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and Income Tax.
– Assists with the development and review of Human Resources staffing policies, processes, procedures and initiatives within the organization.
– Supports implementation of department plans in area of statutory management, organizational design, resource planning and by independently contributing to day-to-day operational activities within Human Resources.
